Christine Dates, E-RYT 500

I strive to hold space in my classes that are welcoming and inspired, and I encourage each individual to honor their unique experiences and abilities. I present an intentional sequence of yoga asana filled with variety and options. We move with flow, yet at a sensible pace. I like to think of my classes as a container in which students can hone their physical mobility, stability and strength, while also developing deeper mental clarity and emotional trust in the teacher that resides within them.
