Thaw, Reset & Rebuild

This winter has certainly left its mark in many places, including our physical bodies: stiff joints, rounded shoulders, tight hips, energy waaaay down. With spring right around the corner, I’ve been thinking of ways to help us regain mobility, build strength, and restore energy progressively. Here’s the plan for classes this month:

Early March: restore joint motion and circulation.
Spring Equinox: reset and rebalance.
Late March: rebuild strength within range and create momentum that feels sustainable.

There are a few schedule changes this month. Focused Flow Yoga is ON today (March 1), but there will be no class on March 8 or March 15. Yoga resumes on March 20 with a very special Spring Equinox Restorative Yoga class. I’ve also added three 30-minute Move & Stretch classes to the schedule. Details on these classes and the updated schedule are outlined over here.

I’m looking forward to moving with you this March as we thaw, reset, and rebuild momentum into spring.
